Job Description
Amadeus University invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Officer. The successful candidates will support the day-to-day administrative operations of assigned departments and contribute to the efficient functioning of University processes.

- Manage administrative functions within the assigned unit or department, including correspondence, filing, and records management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate minutes of proceedings
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative matters
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and official University documents
- Supervise junior administrative staff and support staff where applicable
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets and supplies
- Ensure compliance with University policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or designated supervisor
Job Requirement
- A minimum of an Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognised university
- At least three (3) years of post-qualification relevant work experience
- Computer literacy is mandatory; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (or evidence of exclusion) is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage records, draft correspondence, and coordinate administrative activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Report writing and correspondence drafting
- Scheduling and calendar management
